Who we are
T.J. Associates is a progressive contract engineering company working on infrastructure development: facility buildings, industrial structures, residential buildings and roads. Our project record runs from 2004 to the present and covers factories, warehouses, commercial plazas, schools, telecom towers, culverts and storm drains.
The firm keeps a dedicated workforce, its own machinery, and a team of engineers, technicians and skilled staff for buildings, roads, water supply, sewerage and stormwater drainage. Administration, project management, construction, procurement and business development are all handled in-house.
We also see the company as a place to train people. Our sites give young engineers and technicians practical experience and help keep skilled construction professionals working in Pakistan.

Pre-construction
Agreeing the goals, schedule and budget with the owner and architect, with studies and advice on construction methods before work starts.
General construction
Management and supervision of every project by the principals and site engineers, with our own teams for structural and architectural concrete: forming, placing and finishing.
Construction management
Cost control, scheduling, quality control and coordination of the job site from start to close-out.
Design and build
Design and construction under one contract, so the owner deals with a single team from planning to handover.

Supervised work, protected crews
Our principals and site engineers stay involved from start to finish. Quality is controlled on site through supervision of formwork, reinforcement and concrete placing, and through regular job meetings with the owner.
Site crews are issued personal protective equipment: hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility vests, gloves, ear protection and safety boots.
